RETURN POLICY – (This policy is for online purchases only.)
Merchandise may be returned within 7 days from the date the order is received. All returns postmarked within 7 days will be issued a refund to the original form of payment.

  • All items purchased during Sales, Clearance and any discounts 20% and over are all FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for a refund, store credit or exchange.
  • You MAY NOT return: Final Sale items, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Lingerie, Sunglasses, Bathing Suits, Bras, Leotards and Gift Certificates. 
  • Shoes must be returned in their original shoe box without damage to the box and mailed back inside a box or bag. IE. NO shipping labels on the outside of the shoe box will be accepted
  • All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with the original tags attached and NO makeup or deodorant stains.

If the return is postmarked after 7 days or a Final Sale item was returned, you WILL NOT be given a refund, store credit or exchange and the items will be sent back to you for a charge.

EXCHANGES
We do not technically do exchanges because we cannot guarantee that an item/size will be available by the time we receive your return. We recommend placing a new order for any item you want and sending back the item/s for a refund.

RETURN DIRECTIONS:
1. Refer to the complete Return Policy above to ensure that your return meets the criteria.
2. Contact us at info@shopjanedoe.com for a return form that you will need to include inside the package with the item/s you are returning.
3. Send your package back to us using a return label with postage already paid.
4. Once your package is received please allow our Returns Department up to five business days for processing. When your return is processed you will receive an email notification.
